The given maps illustrate the redevelopment of the ground floor of a certain establishment from 1958 to 2001.
Overall, we can see that this floor of the buildings has changed functions throughout the given period. At the beginning, this estate was an office, including different rooms for work, then it was replaced by an apartment with bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. However, nowadays, this floor is used for a flower shop.
Firstly, only one room that remained without changes over this period is a kitchen in the upper right corner. The meeting room, belonging to the office in the upper left corner, was replaced by a living room by 1985, but then it was given away as gift cards for the flower shop in 2001. There were the assistant’s office and secretary’s office in the left area that were removed by 1985-2000. However, in 2001, instead of an empty area, it was filled with flowers. The toilet, located at the bottom of the map in the office, was expanded by 1985-2000 for the apartment, including a bathroom and shower as well. Additionally, this space was replaced by a play card when the flower shop was opened. The manger area in the right medium area was turned into both bedrooms ,but now, it is used for an office for sale of flowers.
