Regarding the given line graph, the percentage of available credit was on the wane and reach its peak at 60% in last 2005 before slighty dropped by 25% after 2010. On the contrary, the year 2000 witnessed a register at -10% in percent of taxation which dipping to 3 times lower (-30%) in the next 5 years then slightly rose to -20% after 2010.
As can be seen from the bar chart, a significant increase in the household appliances that consumer spending on from 1990 to 2005 followed by a dramatical decline to almost 500 thousand pounds.
