The flowchart represents the steps in the enrollment procedure at ACME Corporation.
The process consists of knockout stages. To begin with, application is submitted. It is followed by few evaluating steps to check whether the candidate qualifies or not. Upon passing the complete examination, a permanent seat is offered.
After the application is submitted, applicant is called for an initial interview. The applicant is asked some job related questions. If the candidate meets the basic requirements, he is asked for an aptitude test. Otherwise, he is rejected for employment without testing him further. The aptitude test checks the general awareness and sense of the person. The positive result increases the hiring chances by 50 percent. On the other hand, the negative result does not employ.
The applicants, those who clear the first two tests, are shortlisted for six-month probation period. During this time, they are watched carefully. They are monitored for different values which are necessary for the organization. The candidate, who shows the best value, is reserved for permanent seat.
