Nowadays, a recent study revealed that around the world one of the main causes of pollution was transportation of products and people. And it is believed that responsibility of solving such issue should lie on the shoulders of the government, while others believe it is responsibility of each person. The merits of both arguments will be analyzed before a conclusion is decided upon.
Firstly, some people claim that such obligations should be taken by the government because they have a wide range of opportunities starting from financial support to making several amendments in legislative rules of a country in order to solve it. For instance, a recent study conducted by students of Nazarbayev University revealed that by assistance from the government with financial contribution of trillion tenge to the budget of university they made a significant impact, accelerating the process of invention of new bacteria, which is mainly intended to cope with transports emissions. Thus, the heightened benefits of this opinion can clearly be seen.
However, another established opposed opinion states that tackling with transport pollution is responsibility of individuals. For example, recently there was publication in newspaper regarding accomplishment of the group of activists who improved the constitution by adding law about utilization of old cars. This means that step by step by small effort of each person any goal can be achieved, which can include solution of causes of contaminations by transports.
In conclusion, while there are convincing arguments on both sides of the debate, only relying on government would be surely be mistake. I believe that participation of each resident is crucial and should be mandatory.
