The diagram illustrated the information about the families expenditure weekly during 1968 and 2018 in a country.
After analysing, it can be seen clearly that 35% of income was spent by families on food in1968. However, families utilized almost double income on same thing in 2018. Same income was spent by families on household goods. Families utilized their 10% of income for housing in 1968,While expenditure was escalated by approximately 8% on same thing in 2018.The percentage of expenditure on fuel and power was almost 6% and 4% in 1968 and 2018 respectively.
The diagram furthermore collected that there was difference of 50% income that families spent to clothing and footwear. The ratio of expenditure on personal goods by families was almost 9% in former year and in latter it was declined by 4%. Percentage of transport was less than 10% in 1968, and it rose in 2018 about 8%. However, the figure showed people spent their money in Leisure approximately 10% in 1968 and it significantly rose in 2018 and reached almost 24%.
Overall, maximum percentum of income was spent on food and leisure in both years.whereas,there was minimum percentage of income on fuel and power and personal goods. Thus, same proposition of money was spent on householding goods both year.
