The pie charts display the proportion of six Swiss Watch companies in the market for 2020 and 2021.
Overall, the share of the majority of companies remained relatively the same with the exception of the Rolex, which increased dramatically, and the Omega, which showed an opposite trend.
A significant increase in the percentage can be observed for the Rolex, which reached 46.7% in 2021 compared to 39.5% in 2020. The proportion of the Omega in the market also experienced a substantial change, decreasing from 15.6% to 12.7% in the same years.
The remaining companies did not witness such a noticeable change, the figures for the Patek, Longines, and AP decreasing from around 10% to around 9% in 2021. Similarly, there is a decline in the proportion of the Cartier in the market from 14.5% to 13.8%. Despite this, it had become bigger than the Omega, although the Rolex retained leadership, being the only company whose market share had increased.
