Overall, No other language candidates were declined drastically from 20% to 10%. The applicants can able to speak spanish has been incredibly increased from 30 to 35%.

Earlier in 2000 those who can able to speak spanish has been noted 30%. French speaking were 15%.German was noted as 10%.Two other languages performed by 10%.Suprisingly no other languages speaking persons were 20%. Communication were done in french only marked as 15%. In 2010, No other language, French, German was declared equal as 10%, whereas another language performence was 20%. Two other language noted 15%.
