The bar graph given illustrates the percentage of people from urban as well as rural areas who have access to 15-minute services, namely, Doctor, Post office, Primary school, and Secondary school in a specific area of a country.
Overall, it is evident that citizens in urban area had complete access to the given services than those in rural areas.
To start off, 100% of people from both urban and rural areas had access to services such as Doctor and Secondary school. Moving on, only about 3/4th citizens from rural areas had access to Primary school which is quite low when compared to urban citizens with 100% access.
Furthermore, as we can see, urban folks had full-on privilege to Post-office (100% people ). In contrast to rural folks, who notably had 5% less than that of urban citizens that is, about 95% people.
