Overall, it is evident that while citizens in urban areas have access to all kinds of services some people in the rural parts face a longer commute to post office and primary school.

To begin with, it is demonstrated that medical services are available for whole community at a 15-minute ride. Similarly, all indidviduals have access to secondary school easily regardless of their living zones.

Moreover, although all urban areas’ residents are provided with post office and primary school facilities, as well as two other services, near 10% of rural zones’ residents, however, face longer commuting distance than others to post office.
