The percentages of sodium and saturated fat the largest at dinner, 43% and 37% respectively. The second biggest number accounts at lunch time, sodium by 29% and saturated fat by 26%. The lowest two other ones are snacks and breakfast, which are 14% of each for sodium and 21% of snacks and 16% of breakfast for saturated fat.
Added sugar mainly consists of snacks by just under one half, it is 42%. At dinner it drops by almost in half and accounts 23%. The lowest ones are similar to saturated, the proportion of breakfast is the same 16% and at lunch it is 19%.
