Regarding the share of internet usage, Sweden accounted for the largest rate at 35%. This was followed by 20% and 15% of the UK and Germany. Additionally, France represented 10%, while Spain constituted precisely half of this figure, at 5%, the smallest among all.
Concerning the average expenditure on online shopping per head, the UK recorded the most significant amount, at 87 pounds, while the figure for Sweden was nearly 10 pounds lower, standing at 76 pounds. Furthermore, the data for France and Germany was slightly lower, at 57 pounds and 46 pounds. Finally, Spain accounted for only 10 pounds, remaining the lowest among the five countries.
