In recent times, the hotel business has been booming in India. Many people are drawn to the idea of owning and operating hotels, as visitors are willing to pay significant amounts of money for a single room. However, when it comes to the employees working in these hotels, they often don't receive a high level of compensation. This has led to a trend of people leaving the hotel industry for other sectors. I have a friend who graduated with a degree in business management and worked at a prestigious hotel in Bengaluru. Despite the luxurious setting, he eventually left the job due to the low pay. He then joined an IT company that offered him a much better salary and a better work-life balance. He shared his positive experience with me, highlighting the importance of finding a career that provides both financial stability and personal fulfillment.

In recent times hotel business are uh. Booming in India. Most of the person preferred to do the business of hotels. Like visitors are coming. They are paying such uh uh. Extra significantant amount of money for a uh. Single room. Apart from that, if you talk about the employee of the hotels is working on the uh hotel. Uh. They are not getting much um. Amount of money. So people are moving from hotel industry to other industry. There was a case one of my friend completed their degree in the business management. He worked um ASF in a wonderful hotel that was located in the Bengaluru. But afar AP he got a. And leave that job. After that he joined a wonderful it company who is offering uh. A software to the client in that company. He got uh. Well salary and uh. Life, uh. Work life balance. So he said me a positive experience of him.
