Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to inform you that I am planning to celebrate a family party at your hotel.

My friends recommended your hotel to celebrate any kind of parties at your hotel. Therefore, I want to hold my sisters birthday there. She has got so many friends so we need a big place as your hotel is large and beautiful. This ceremony should be hold on 5th October.

Mentioned above, its should be hold a large area for about 50 people. In addition, some of our guests are from Britain so there should be both Uzbek and British delecious food. Furthermore, some of them need accommadation for a night.

I hope that there are some discounts for such kind of parties as they include many people. For example, it would be good, if the price of accomadation within the food’ cost.

I would be extremely grateful, if you could discover a place that matchs to our party. I await your prompt response.
