The graph illustrates the average number of people who used gym services in Miami and Florida in 2013, while pie charts give us information about the age of those people, divided by their gender.
Overall, the highest number of people attending this health club was seen from June to September and months showing the least results for both genders were from January to March. From the pie charts can be seen that the vast majority of gym users were not older than 45.
According to the graph, the average use by females from January to May, as well as in December, was approximately 550. In June, this number rose significantly reaching about 710 and this figure was stable until some fluctuations in October and November. The male members showed nearly the same trend as females, but with higher number of people. At the beginning of the year, there was a steady increase until June where it was stable for 4 month and then had a slight decrease between October and December.
Regarding the pie charts, for both genders, approximately 53 per cent were middle aged people. However, women older than 65 have more tendency to go to health clubs than men, showing 32 and 25 per cent respectively.
