The diagram illustrates the steps whereby animal skins are converted into leather products in the production process.
As an overall trend, it can be readily seen that this linear process is composed of multiple stages, starting with the drying of the skin of animal, followed by the transportation of those and ending with the manufacturing of leather products.
In the initial stage, different animal skins are dried in the air. Once the process of drying is done, these raw materials are loaded into the truck. Following this dried-up skins are moved to the factory, where the raw materials are converted into products. Before soaking the liquid with lime in it, skins are washed in the lime water. In the subsequent stage, flattening of the skins was done by the machine in the factory
After soaking of the dry skins in tannin liquid with water and vegetable matter, the processed skins were polished. Next, polished leathers are loaded into lorries on the way of factory. Finaly, leather products- bags, shoes, belts- are ready for the commercial purposes.
