It is clear that the highest amount of money was spent on smartphones in Germany, Italy, and Spain. By contrast, the amount of money spent on CDs was lowest in Germany and Toys in Italy.
In terms of smartphones, consumer spending was higher in Germany, Italy, and than in Spain, at just under £140,000, £137,000 and £120,000, respectively. The people of Germany also spent more money on books and toys, both at about £115,000 and Spain at nearly £100,000 and £95,000 than the people of Italy at £85,000 and £70,000. The amount of money spent on perfumes was approximately £100,000 in Germany which was almost double the amount of money spent on perfumes in Spain and Italy.
On the other hand, spending on the rest of the items was higher in Italy while about £1,150,000 was spent on Laptops the figure for Germany and Spain was at £125,000 and at just over £100,000. The amount of money spent on CDs was £40,000 in Spain, and at just under £40,000 in Italy and £25,000 in Germany
