Now I'm going to talk about the book that changed my perspective. Recently, I read a book called In the Heart of the Sea. This book is about the whale ship called Essex and a crew that experienced an enormous event. It was an attack by a sperm whale in the 19th century. This book is based on real events and includes some non-fiction details. Before this, I had never been interested in any books because I thought they were just a waste of time. But my friends convinced me to read this book because they said it was very fascinating, and it did make an impact on my view. When I started to read it, I immersed myself in the process and was extremely inspired because this book completely changed the way I looked at things. It describes in incredible detail how harsh and brutal life was for them, not only because of the attack by a whale but also because of starvation, dehydration, and the moral pressure they experienced. What really struck me was how resilient and resourceful humans can become when they face extreme situations. It also made me think deeply about humanity's relationship with nature and how we often make a significant impact on animals and the environment without understanding the consequences. After reading that book, I started to appreciate nature much more and became more conscious of environmental issues. I realized that survival stories are not just about courage but also about respect for life and the limits of human endurance. Overall, In the Heart of the Sea was a powerful and eye-opening read that made me rethink both human strength and vulnerability.
