In my opinion, I would say yes without thinking twice. As a Vietnamese, it has always been very important and crucial for me to learn English as a second language. Although many people argue that if they are from a region with a popular language, then there's no need to learn a second one, I believe learning a second language is also a way to showcase your skills, which can be useful for university or job applications and can help increase your income.
