Band 9: The table below shows the results of a survey to find out what members of a city sports club think about the club's activities, facilities, and opening hours.

The table presents a comparison of the views held by male and female members of a city club regarding the variety of activities offered, the quality of its facilities, and the club’s operating hours.

Overall, women are most pleased with the opening hours but least happy with the activities. Men are most unhappy with the club facilities and are least satisfied with the opening hours.

For the range of activities, 70% of women feel satisfied, while about one-third are not happy. For men, 55% are very satisfied and 40% are satisfied, and only 5% are dissatisfied, which is much lower than the number of women who are unhappy. It is also interesting that the percentage of men and women who are very satisfied with the club facilities is almost the same, with only a 1% difference.

When it comes to opening hours, almost three-quarters of women and 44% of men are very pleased. Although 37% of men are not satisfied with the opening hours, only a very small number of women feel the same.
