Overall,the data reveals that average protein intake in all countries used animal proteins and other.In India people used animal protein more than other,however in North America people lika other protein than animal.Calories intake in North America stayed the same as the highest and India as the smallest
To begin with in India the average protein intake used around 35 grams of animal protein and 15 grams of other and this country remain as the lowest in which people consume nutrient.In North America , accounted for 60 grams for unspecified body repair nutrient and around 23 grams by animal,it making this figure as the biggest category,while India region made up the smallest category and constituted 50 grams in all.Amount 55 grams in all was in East Africa,in which 40 prosents of gram was by animal and 20 in the other sourse of protein.In Latin America made up 60 grams in average protein intake and people there consume animal protein more than other proteins.
In terms of average calorie intake, there are noticeable differences among the four regions. North America records by far the highest figure, at approximately 4,000 kilocalories per person per day, which is well above the ideal level of 2,500 kcal. Latin America follows with around 2,800 kcal, slightly exceeding the recommended amount. By contrast, East Africa consumes about 2,200 kilocalories on average, while India has the lowest intake, at roughly 1,900 kcal, both of which are below the ideal level.
