Overall, it can be seen that almost all urban and rural residents are within 15 minute drive to medical, postal, and secondary school facilities, while individuals living in village have less access to primary school compared to those who lives in urban area.
To begin with, all members from urban and rural area have 100% access to medical and secondary school; by contrast, people residing in urban have more accessible facilities compared rural citizens, including post office and primary school. In rural area there are only 95% post office, which are near yo village, whereas this figure is 100% in the case of city.
Meanwhile, in countryside there is noticeably less accessible primary school than city. Urban people have 100% access to primary education, while only below 70% citizens from underdeveloped area get benefit of this service.
