The illustration depicts the process of producing grass bottles from sand and preparing them for distribution.
Overall, the glass bottle production is a linear, multi-stage process that consists of sourcing sand and other materials, preparing them through several steps using different machines, and packaging the consumer good.
Initially, after being sourcing the materials, which include sand and other materials are mixed mechanically to prepare them to the next stage. Sand is subsequently heated and melted using furnace, where it is undergone a high temperature between 1500°C and 1600°C. As a result, the materials are then converted into liquid form. Following this stage, liquid form is moulded before thy are coolded.
The grass containers produced in the previous step is packed and labelled. After that, they are transformed to a storage to store. Finally, the bottles are checked and inspected manually to ensure it is safe and in optimal conditions, making them available to consumers.
