Overall, the youngest group shows the highest proportion of people who exercise regularly, while the oldest group records the lowest percentage. The another interesting point is that the graph represents that people tend to lessen exercising when they are older.
More than half of people who younger than 46 years old are exercising regularly. People in the range of 18 to 25 years old experience the highest proportion at 72%, the second highest at 64% is the age of 26 to 35, and the third highest at 58% is the age of 36 to 45.
In the mean time, there are only 43% of people in the age of 46-55 doing workout consistently, while the least proportion reported in the oldest group which is people in 56-65 years old.
