Dear Alex,

Thank you for accepting to attend my weekend holiday. Because of multiple scheduled exams, I can’t go there with you.

I’m sorry for putting you out. To be honest, I didn’t imagine that I would have so many exams. On the other hand, after passing all these tests I’ll be able to visit all your activities. We’ll have an entire summer to hang out.

As for activities, I definitely suggest going to the waterpark called “Limpopo” in June because there are parties arranged every day. Also, I’m wondering about going to a cinema to watch the fascinating film “Apex”. Its plot is about the girl Sasha surviving in a severe situation in mountains. Everyone will like it.

Anyways, I feel very guilty and I want to say sorry one more time. I hope this all will work out for us.
