historical places in every country attract millions of people to those countries annually. However, those places need budget for maintenance or even repairing their infrastructure, there is no difference between individual who come to such places. Consequently, I believe that charging foreign people to pay more is a wrong decision.
On the one hand, both groups of this visitors receive exactly same service and product when experiencing such places. So, implementing such laws could generate great dissatisfaction among foreigners, and they would express this discontent by not visiting these attractions or even not visiting the country. Following this movement from individuals, the management of this places would face a short in their fund and budget. these actions are relevant to each other, and even a wrong step could spark of a great collision like decrease in the number of visitors.
On the other hand, the managers of cultural attractions could provide more services for all visitors in order to filling the gap between their tickets and proposing a fair price based on what they give to their audiences. Should the executive want to promote the place they manage, they have to offer more and with more quality. For example, building a cafeteria or even a little bar in middle of a place like museum could bring more people and more attractiveness to that place.
In conclusion, although there could be advantages in receiving more money from foreign visitors, the disadvantages of putting such laws are more. Executives should offer more variety of options to their audience, so that they would change the prices fairly.
