As the world’s population is rapidly increasing it is essential for us to solve the transportation and traffic problems that has been caused in the urban areas.
But I don’t agree with the fact asking people to live cities rather than in suburbs or countryside because most of the traffic occurs in the city centres .In order to solve the problem, we must first identify what the problem is. The main reason for traffic and other transportational problems is due to the increase in human population as the population increases, the number of people buying new cars and other vehicles increases.Encouraging people to live in cities rather than suburbs or countryside doesn’t solve the problem. It makes sure that we’re trying to escape the problem because keep population moving to the cities would cause more traffic over there, reducing the traffic in the countryside.
Let me illustrate with an example . The place that I’m coming from has less good potential for my career. So I move onto othe cities, called Chennai. People all around Tamilnadu would come to this place for the their career growth or personal development. What we found was, due to more number of incoming from various place , this caused an congestion in that city. Due to this the traffic rate rose immensely and people has been pushed to situation to choose public transport reluctantly to save the fuel and time.
Based on my analysis, I really don’t agree to the point stating it would be great idea asking people to move into cities to reduce traffic and transportation problems.
