Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request you for an accommodation required for us. I and my wife will move to Canada next month for my new job opportunity. I have been working as an electronics engineer for the past seven years, and my wife is a home maker.

Although living in a city is beneficial to us, I have some budget issues at this moment; therefore, we are planning to live in countryside. Moreover, rural areas always offer peaceful and calm nature for living a healthy life, and we will rent a car for our daily needs.

I would appreciate it if you could arrange for a house with some space for car parking, although a garage would not be mandatory. In addition, please ensure that the property should have 24×7 water supply and electricity connection, including an inverter for all home appliances. Furthermore, being a reputed accommodation agency, I hope you will offer the best house at an affordable price.
