Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to make arrangements for a weekend stay for me and my family at your luxurious hotel. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 kids, aged 9 and 10.

We plan to check-in around noon on the first Friday of next month and check-out late Sunday evening around 7.00 pm. I would greatly appreciate if you could arrange airport pick-up and drop-off service for us.

We are seeking 2 rooms adjacent or connected to each other and would prefer a king size bed while the kids room can have twin beds. We would prefer to have a sea side view so that we can enjoy the views throughout our vacation. I would like to request a complete cost breakdown of the vacation stay based on preference and similar options.

Additionally, I would like to know about the seaside activities and interesting places to visit near the hotel. I have heard about the rich cultural history of the nearby town and their delicious cuisine. Please do provide us with your best recommendations.
