The supplied map picture the industrial area in the town of Norbiton and the planned future development of the site.
At the first glance, it is clear that the future development plan includes the replacement of the factories with housing, whereas the amount of roads and roundabouts increased.
In the future, in the northern part, there will be a bridge build across the river. The bridge will be part of a road that will connect the northern housing with the buildings situated along the main road. Next to the river, between the roundabout and the bridge, there will be housing, and as the road goes in the western part, it will have housing on the right side and at the end of it. In the eastern part, on one side and another, there will housing, one on the right side, and on the other side there will be a playground, followed by a school at the end of the road, where now there are only factories, four that are disposed in parallel and one at the end of the road, whereas tree factories stay around the roundabout. A smaller roundabout will be build, and between the big, main roundabout and the small one, there will be shops and a medical centre, diagonally arranged.
