Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to inquire about the booking, that I was trying to make to Capcun hotel. My family is planning a trip to Mexico on the coming long weekend, next month.

I am trying to make my reservation at your hotel that is located right next to the beautiful beach. Moreover, I bought the tickets from swiss airways, acording to which, we will leave on April 18, in the morning at 5:30 am, and may reach in 3 hours via plane, our departure will be on April 22nd at 12 noon.

Our preference for the room is not much but definitely we are looking for spacious room that could be occupied by 4 people, along with 2 queen size beds and 2 attached washrooms. As we are planning Saturday, Sunday and Monday trip, I would like to know about the pricing of my requirements, so that, we can get our ends meet.

However, I heard a lot about this hotel I am sure there must be some kind water games or dancing sessions should have been taking place. Also, is there any sightseeing places nearby.

I am looking forward to hear back from as soon as possible. I will appreciate your help.
