The first and foremost reason is that if older individuals go for jobs, they can get it easily with their experience due to this, youngsters will remain without job .So, it may be challenging for them to achieve their goals as a result, young adults can choose the pathway of crime to obtain their dreams. Secondly, due to the old age older Danizens become vulnerable which their immunity gets low as compared to young one because of this they can easily catch up by illness or tiredness. Therefore productivity at work will reduce and it negatively impacts on a Nations as well as companies economy, when they go with old people.
on the flip side, there are ample of solutions to deal with this issue. To initiate with, government should set the retirement age because of this old people cannot do jobs for long time but these individuals must get pension so they survival. Furthermore, authority must invite foreign companies which will provide jobs to the local residents, and they can also contribute in taxation.
