The chart shows the figures for activities done by children as part of their bedtime routine in terms of their age.Overall,the most popular activity is reading compared to other activities, regardless of ages, whereas the reverse was true for eating and watching TV.
First, reading is the most common activity, while eating and watching TV are the least frequent. The figure for 1-3, 4-5 and 6-8 years children reading as part of bedtime routine, with respective figures of 65, 70 and 60. In contrast, watching tv and eating are not as popular as reading. The number of children watching tv 4-5 age group is 20, followed by 6-8 ages about 15 and 1-3 age children 13. The number of children eating is even less popular with only 20 of those aged 1-3 years doing so, making it considerably higher than 4-5 and 6-8 age groups, which contend from about 10 children.
The figure for children brushing teeth in 1-3 age group is 30, whereas the figure increases to 45 in the 4-5 age group and 50 children are in the oldest age group. Similarly, having a bath is more common among younger children, with about 40 children in 1-3-year-olds doing so, compared to 35 in 4-5-year-olds and 31 in 6-8-year-olds.
