The diagram intricately elucidates the processes involved in producing instant noodles.
The illustration provides comprehensive overview of how the flour with some other ingredients are used and processed to manufacture ready to cook noodles alongside the eight major steps (Storing, mixing, rolling into dough sheets, making dough strips, noodles discs, cooking, adding other ingredients, and marketing).
The process begins with storing flour in large silos. The flour is then bought in a mixer where water and oil are added and mixed into dough. The mixture then runs through rollers to form sheets which are instantly cut into stripes in an automatic machine. At this point, the stripes are forced to form discs like structure.
After that, the noodles discs are cooked with oil and dried in an oven. When the noodles are dried completely it is put into cups and at this stage of the process vegetables and spices are added to enhance the taste and flavor. Lastly, the cup noodles are labeled and sealed in order to lead to the market or super shops.
