Band 5: Celebrities make a very good living out of media attention and have chosen to live in the public spotlight. They have no right to complain when they feel the media are intruding on their privacy. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion? (User-Written IELTS Writing Task 2 Essay)

Celebrities always take attention through media by showing them their good living and healthy life, media is one of the platform from which celebrities get publicity. But celebrities have no right to complain of them for disturbing their personal lives. However, i partially agree with this statement and i have also reason for it.

I often watch news channel and i have seen that they capture celebrities whenever they get a chance and celebrities also give a look to them, it is not wrong thing they were just doing their jobs. It is a main platform, with its help celebrities also advertise their movies and serials. And after all this if they want to do a coplain of against media so they don’t have a right to do it.

Moreover, there is one more thing which is TRP, it is most important part of any news channel and they can show a fake news only for TRP sometimes. For instance, they make a fake rumoure about celebrities like Divorce, Getting married or even Sickness. If any celebrity getting effected with this fake rumoure so in this case they should have a right to complain of media for making fake news about them.

In conclusion, i discuss my own point of view, i think everyone has a personal life even they are celebrities. therefore celebrities also have the right of complain against of media for interference in their life.
