I think that it can be acceptable for some cases, not all the time. For instance, there are some older people who have enough and sufficient financial resources to cover the expenses of health care. So, governments should not provide them completely free health care because they don’t need it in any way. But we can consider some senior citizens who are retired and they have limited money resources such as only pension. At that moment, governments can help them in different ways including health care. They can do health care completely free for them or they can give these people some funding or certain amount of money which can be useful for them. Thank you.
