I think concentrating is a complicated thing for me because I struggle to maintain my focus on my studies. Every time, my five daily prayers help me concentrate properly. I think my phone is a bad influence on me, which affects me a lot and also bothers me when I try to concentrate on something. When I realize that I am spending too much time on my phone, I stop using it and take a breath. Then I do something that diverts my attention. I think that helps me regain my concentration, and I believe all of us face the same challenges, so maybe this approach helps us a lot.
