One of the most interesting traditional stories I know is in Charlotte. It’s a very famous fairy tale about a king and a girl who used to have a crew of the master and step sisters. They treat her bad and make her do all the housework. One day a roll ball is announced and with the help of our fairy, God Mother, since she is a beautiful dress and a pair of dress slippers, she can go to the ball. She dances in the prince but she has to leave before midnight and one of her slippers is left behind. Later the princess, who was the most foot-feetstool and just how she finds in Shoei and marries her. A first heart story when I was a little kid, probably around 5 years old, my mom just read it from me from a picture book before bedtime. When I was… when I first heard it, I felt really happy for Angela. I loved how she stayed kind and patient, even when I was unfair to her. And in the end she got the live CD. It’s one of the stories that makes people believe good things happen to good people.
