I do not think it would be wise to stay in one place if someone moves or gets transferred frequently to different cities or towns. For example, my brother, who is in the army, gets posted in a new city every two years. He always moves to a new place with his family because if he chooses to opt for a permanent home, then he would have to be away from his wife and children. Not only that, he would have to pay for his stay and, along with that, stay away from some aspects of life. I think it would be much more troublesome.
