One day my mother want to set up the Zoom app um on her tablet so she could reconnect with her former classmate whom she had lost contact withid for a long time. However, she chuckled rise from the start. First I help her install the app on her tablet and then I decided to stick around to support her to the entire process. I show her how to log into app, create a Zoom meeting and says link with her friend. I also help her adjust the volume, turn on the video and get everything set up for the go. However, my mother is typically quite techno ph so it took her a while to grab how how to use it up. During the process I have to stay calm and patient explaining change slowly until she fully understood how everything worked. Through this experience, I learned the important patience when teaching others, especially all people like my mother. These were valuable moments that helped me improve my ability and also connect with my mother.
