So whoever assists another one in those places would get and receive a bonus points and these bonus points are gonna be calculated at the end of the year annually to be added to the employees accounts in form of money. So this is gonna be added to their salary. The other way that they can do to encourage their employees assist other people is by providing billboards, information, big papers attached on the walls, on those workplaces and schools and bringing some information about publications and articles that how helping other people can eventually relieve ourselves and reduce the anxiety and stress and so on.
