For question three, I really enjoy the vibrant atmosphere here and the fact that many amenities are within walking distance, making it very convenient for me. For question four, while I appreciate the upscale neighborhoods, I'm concerned about the disparity in living conditions. There are still many people living in run-down neighborhoods, and the cost of living in the nicer areas is incredibly high, making it seem like only the wealthy can afford to buy property.
