I would like to share with you one of the most wonderful and unusual meals I had a couple of weeks ago. It was on International Men's Day. And, um, our neighbors organized a party to celebrate it. And, uh, to make it special, all the men in our neighborhood decided to prepare and cook the meals. This was quite unusual because men rarely choose to shop or cook at home, uh, in my village. Um, and women do most of that. And for many, it was the first time cooking food for others. On that day, everybody gathered at my house for the party, and women helped around with the smaller tasks like washing vegetables, preparing some ingredients, or giving instructions for different dishes. And watching them, watching, uh, how clumsy some of the men were was really hilarious. And we also made a video to capture these memorable moments. It took them 3 hours to complete the table, and to our surprise, the table was full of tempting and colorful dishes. And the food was more delicious than we expected. Then we had a wonderful time enjoying the meal and talking about it. This new opportunity not only helped the men understand the role of women in the family, but it also provided an opportunity to strengthen our bonds.
