I'm a big fan of Asian cuisine, especially Japanese and Thai food. I love the way flavors like spice, sweetness, and umami are perfectly balanced. Asian cuisine is simply refined, both delicious and healthy. I cook because it helps me relax and gives me a chance to be creative. I enjoy experimenting with ingredients and making dishes my own, even if I'm not an expert. Maybe once or twice a week, I enjoy trying to cook.
