The person I’m going to talk about is David Gegin. He is the only person in history that has passed all, uh, all three forces of Americanas, um, Americans, uh, military tests, ah, like air force, uh, Navy SeAl and other. Each of these tests are something that, uh, some people work on, uh, for about all of their life. But he did it in matter of. I think he lost about 50 kilogramams of weight in only six months for one of these tests. It is really respectable. And his experiences are, uh, really interesting. Uh, I first found him through YouTube and saw some of his videos. And then I found he has published many books. Uh, his first book called can’t hurt me. He starts to talk about how his journey began, how he was, uh, a person over 150 kilogram weight, and how he passed the Navy SeaLs in about seven months. What he goes through his mind. It’s basically relatable for every man. He encouraged man to get up, do your work, prove your worth. It’s a very good self help book. And other books that come after this book are really interesting. I think, um, he has a strong opinion and can influence a lot of people, uh, um, because his opinions have been, become worldwide, his books are very popular. One of my friends actually Dec entry bought one of his books and he was going through a breakup, uh, from his partner and he was in really bad places. But he has improved his mental health and he’s going, doing good. It’s a really good self and his opinions in this book are really important, really great.
