From my personal perspective, I assume that advertising is one of the largest marketing instruments in our modern world. So I think it's obvious that advertising has a large impact on what we buy, on what we use, and what we think we need. It's something that I can't imagine my life without. On one side, it's quite useful because you can find out about new things and things you were searching for, but on the contrary, it can be quite distracting and can get on your nerves. So I don't know exactly, but I stand with the opinion that advertising is important.
