Hi Peter, I heard that you have decided to take a bold step to quit smoking. It is an imperative decision that you have made, and you must evaluate all the options before finalizing anything. I thought I would add a few of my insightful inputs that will help you strengthen your decision. To start, the first thing you can do is to buy some dark chocolate and sugar-free chewing gum; that will help you keep your cravings in control regarding smoking. Apart from that, you should start reading books or try to adopt new hobbies that will help keep your mind busy so that you don't think about smoking again. It is also important that you consult with a doctor because they have some medications that will help you control your smoking. I believe you are quite determined when it comes to making decisions, so I am sure you will do what is right for you.
