Some people say they care about the environment, yet they keep engaging in unsustainable habits, like overusing plastic, wasting resources and buying fast fashion. So yes, awareness is growing but genuine commitment is still missing. Nowadays society is witnessing a positive shift especially among young people who are trying to raise awareness online and talk to big companies who are responsible for polluting the environment and that’s honestly inspiring as it shows that we’re not just talking we’re acting yet some people behave as if the planet will magically fix itself and that’s honestly frustrating. Nowadays I’m trying to live more sustainably as I’ve been, as I’ve always been connected to nature somehow. I try to reduce my waste and also encourage my family and friends to do the same. So I’d say that protecting the environment should be a a long life commitment that we all should do, not just a temporary trend, as it needs cooperation between everyone, individuals and big companies.
