It's difficult to say with absolute confidence; however, I'm inclined to believe that it depends on the season. In summer and spring, the parks and streets are full of colorful flowers, which makes the area very lively and attractive. However, in winter there are fewer flowers, and everything looks a little bit duller. Despite that, I really enjoy seeing flowers bloom in the warmer months.
