Well, personally speaking, I can say that I am a night owl. I think it boils down to my future career and current interests. As a software engineer, I tend to work at night rather than in the morning because I experience better performance then. For example, when it comes to building complex applications, I prefer the night. As I mentioned, I have more energy and perform better at that time.
