I am currently employed at the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries, which is located in Central Jakarta, where I work as government staff. What I appreciate most about my job is that, unlike the non-profit sector, the workload is manageable and does not create too much stress for the employees. However, since the workload is relatively light, senior staff occasionally delegate their tasks to junior staff, which I find very frustrating.
